Hey everyone! Long time no post ay?
Yea I'm sorry about that.
I find myself lacking in artistic motivation.
As usual lol
First I want to mention a project I'm starting.
I'm going to be making bracelets to sell to donate the money to charity.
So far the charity in question is going to be the Red Cross, but that is subject to change.
I'm going to make 30 bracelets to start and when I'm done I'm going to sell them.
If you'd be interested in buying one please let me know!
They won't be up for grabs for a while seeing as they take a bit of time to make.

Also, I just wanted to talk about something.
I love Deviant Art.
This has always been one of my favorite web communities.
However over the past year I've noticed nothing but negativity.
I haven't gotten much of it personally, but I have been there for friends who have.
Along with being a group that can encourage your work, there is a lot that can bring you down.
It seems to me that people get too caught up in the drama of things here.
Also, there seems to be a bunch that like to rip an artist apart because they don't like their image.
Well I mean has no one ever heard of "art for art's sake"?
I'm not here to please anyone and neither should you be.
You should do your art and create your images to how you like.
And you certainly tear into someone who's trying to do just that themselves.
I mean there are some things I simply can't call art as much as some would like to argue it is (such as hate stuff i.e. racist images. I'll never understand or support that.)
Anywho, I'm not attacking anyone or putting anyone on the spot.
I'm just stating what I've noticed here lately and it makes me sad.
So I'm sorry that I post less, but really it's I have less interest in being on this site lately (along with no drive to draw).
I hope my attitude changes because I would really like to fall in love with Deviant Art all over again.
I don't know if any of this makes sense or if anyone is going to read it.

Please also note I love art and love supporting artists and what they do.
I hope you all get what I'm trying to say here lol
